"Caution: Disappointing Experience"
I ordered a book from Motorsport-Merchandise.com as a Christmas gift for my son in Canada. I entered his Canadian address on their site, and it was accepted, with the postage recalculated. After paying the total, I got a confirmation of my order. Just two days later, I received an email stating that my order was cancelled, followed by another one basically blaming me for not checking their shipping fees, which they now want £40 for. I reached out to explain that they were aware of the book's dimensions and that it was meant for international shipping when they accepted my order, but I haven't heard back from them... so here I am, no book, no response, and no apology, all because it’s apparently my fault.
They finally replied after seeing my review. Still no apology, and they continue to place the blame on me for not overriding their system when they accepted my order and payment, knowing all the details about the book and its destination. Just unbelievable!

"Disappointing Experience with an Umbrella Purchase"
I bought an umbrella from this company on November 21, 2022, as a gift for a birthday. It was shipped out the same day, which I thought was pretty great. I received a notification that it would arrive in two days via EVRI. Fast forward nine days, and EVRI still has it; they haven’t even attempted to deliver it, and I can’t reach them to figure out what’s happening.
I reached out to the seller and initially spoke with Michael Wright to see if he could assist. I was super polite, making it clear that my issue was with the courier, not him or his company. Unfortunately, he was quite rude and seemed totally uninterested in my problem.
After waiting another five days for my order, I contacted the seller again, as the courier suggested. I ended up talking to Michael Wright once more, asking for a refund since the birthday had already come and gone. His response? He just hung up on me!
Honestly, both of these companies don’t deserve our business; they should just go under! Their customer service is non-existent, and I won’t be buying from them again! What a complete and utter sham of a company!

"Fast Shipping"
Shipping was super fast, and the polo shirts are of great quality for the price. I gotta say, I was a little skeptical when I placed my order, but there was no reason to worry. It turned out to be an awesome experience, and I’ll definitely be ordering again.

"A Total Rip-off of a Business"
I placed an order, and it was shipped without any tracking info. Only one of the two boxes I was supposed to get actually arrived. When I reached out to them, they were super rude, saying it’s not their problem if it got lost in transit and that they wouldn’t do anything to help. Honestly, I can’t believe they’ve managed to stay afloat treating customers like this. If my package is missing because they were too stingy to pay for tracking (and when I chose the shipping option, there was no heads-up about no tracking), that’s not on me. I shouldn’t be held accountable for something I never got. Now, they just ignore my emails and don’t lift a finger. This company is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I’m even starting to wonder if they ever sent me anything at all, given their attitude when I ask about it.

"Delivery Was Quick, But..."
I've never had any issues before. The products are top-notch, the service is solid, and the shipping is fast. This company really knows what they're doing.
However, after getting my recent order, I was surprised to see that the item was made in China. I try to avoid buying stuff from places with such a poor human rights record and that are major polluters. If I had known it was produced there, I definitely wouldn't have gone for it. Because of this, I won't be shopping with this company again.

Absolutely 10 out of 10 for service, and the stuff arrives in just 2 days. The products are totally legit and super affordable. Can't complain about them one bit!

"Disappointing Experience"
I ordered a hat from this site, but it hasn’t shown up yet. I called them this morning, and the guy I spoke to was really rude, suggesting that I had already gotten it. He made me feel like I was in the wrong and didn’t seem keen on helping at all. I won’t be shopping with this company again.

"Awful product and service experience."
I got a necktie, but the loop on the back broke. I called customer service, and the guy on the line was really rude, throwing around crazy and totally unfair claims about how I must've damaged the tie! Seriously, steer clear of this ridiculous company, and if you decide to shop here, just know you’ll be getting bottom-tier service.
